Interesting, indeed! The new congressmen from Pennsylvania, Ohio and Minnesota break from the pack. Democrats peeled off a total of 40 Republicans. Two Democrats, Bobby Bright (AL-02) and Jim Marshall (GA-08), voted nay, for a final vote of 289-139 (with 6 not voting).
